Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are given on purchases made in the retail or web store with 30 days of original purchase date only. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. All products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Special Orders are not refundable after 30 days of pick up. Vey’s Powersports reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on non defective items on all non defective returns.

Non Returnable / Non Exchangeable Items

Helmets, Batteries, Sunglasses, Watches, Loading Ramps, Bike Carriers, Tools, DVD’s, Books, Light Bulbs, Electrical Items, Carburetor Parts, Sale Items, Close-Out Items, Used or worn items. Discontinued items may not be returned, exchanged or given any store credit.

NO RETURNS ON VEHICLES REGISTERED WITH THE DMV
THERE IS NO COOLING OFF PERIOD UNLESS YOU OBTAIN A CONTRACT CANCELATION OPTION.
California law does not provide for a cooling off or other cancellation period for a vehicle sales. Therefore, you cannot cancel a
contract simply because you change your mind, decide the vehicle costs too much, or wish you had acquired a different vehicle

Refund Policy

As long as all the above conditions have been met, you will be refunded in the method in which you originally paid.

All special orders not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited and returned

EPA Emissions Standards

Certain products sold by Vey’s Powersports are designed for use on CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION VEHICLES ONLY and do not conform to Federal or State EPA emissions standards. These products include but are not limited to , emission- related add-on or modified parts, fuel injection systems, re-jetting of carburetors or “jet-kits”, aftermarket catalytic converters, performance camshafts, exhaust systems, and fuel programmers. Use on vehicles subject to federal and state EPA regulations constitutes tampering and is a violation of federal and state law.
